A sophisticated and intimate restaurant in the heart of Chester.
TAP Interiors Ltd worked closely with the architect and owner to deliver the vision that is Chefs Table. Turned from an empty shell to this refined eatery in just 10 week, this project in Chester is a great showcase of TAPs skills and fits well with the local ambiance.
This was a £500,000 refurbishment project, completed in April 2018, carried out over a six month period in four phases.
The project required demolition, metal pan ceilings, MF rafts and bulkheads, partition walls, glazed screens, plastering, fire stopping and bespoke joinery items.
Main Contractor - Beech Construction
Works done - Timber Roof, New fitted kitchen, Tape and join done, decoration, plastering, flash boarding guttering.
Main Contractor - Bowmer & Kirkland
Description of Works - LS 90 Glazed Screes Komfire Screens
Employed by Bowmer and Kirkland to install the Komfort LS90 and Komfort Polar screens in various locations around the new Academy. Much of the work was at high level working off fixed scaffold and MEWPS and was completed within the contractors' programme despite problems with access and availability.
